David has spent his whole working life in the service industry and has a wealth of experience in the cleaning industry with over thirty-eight years of management and operations experience dealing with clients and suppliers. Having held positions ranging from Services Manager to General Manager, he has a wide range of expertise having worked in the commercial, industrial, retail and wholesale areas of the business. Working for ten years in hotel and catering for three West London hotels, at 21 years old David became the youngest Group Manager for Trust House Forte Hotels. He is a ‘people person’ who has the ability to communicate with all grades of personnel.

Steve Woodcock MBICSc
Operations Manager

Steve has spent the last nineteen years working in building and facilities management, four years for a national property management company and the last twelve running a tight and smooth operation at Cresswell. With excellent knowledge in all aspects of cleaning and building maintenance, Steve is extremely experienced in overseeing all aspects of the day to day management, client liaison and staff operations. He is also Company Secretary and the company’s Health and Safety Officer.

Tracy Heard
Office Manager

Tracy joined the company in January 2007 and is a highly valued member of the team. She has a wealth of experience in working in and ensuring the smooth running of an office. Having previously been an Accounts Manager, she is proficient in accounts and database packages and can put her hand to anything. Tracy is responsible for credit control, purchase ledger and all administration duties for the company including overseeing the running of the helpdesk.

A highly skilled Chartered Accountant, Derek was previously a partner in a City of London practice for many years. He is responsible for advising on all financial matters relating to the company.

Retained Consultant

Graham is an experienced Management and Assurance Systems Consultant and is the person responsible for overseeing our Quality and Environmental performance.

He is also a fully qualified Health & Safety adviser and Member of the Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH).

Marketing & PR Communications

With over twenty-five years' marketing experience having previously worked at Discovery Networks Europe as European Marketing, PR & Communications Director, Liz deals with all branding, design and general marketing activities. She also co-ordinates all press activity and is the first point of contact for any media enquiries.

Francisco Molina
Senior Contracts Supervisor

Francisco has been with Cresswell since 2007 and is fully trained and experienced in all aspects of both commercial and industrial cleaning. He is also trained in general building maintenance and is on hand to ensure customers receive a swift response to their enquiries in a prompt and efficient manner.

Arnoby Moncada
Contracts Supervisor

Arnoby has been with Cresswell for twelve years, the last three as full time in his current position.

He is fully trained and experienced in all aspects on both commercial and industrial cleaning as well as general building maintenance.

Arnoby is also our working at heights expert holding both IPAF and PASMA qualifications.

Cresswell is privately owned and was launched in 1995 by David McLeod, the current Owner and Managing Director. Having been in the cleaning industry for many years he recognised the need for a professional, customer focused cleaning service.

Being based only minutes from central London means that we can speedily travel to any location and be on site to cater for any clients’ urgent cleaning or maintenance requirements.
